i just yawned (trying to cut back on caffine + it being really warm in here) and my jaw cracked. i HATE that sound.

[identity profile] bertine.livejournal.com 2006-09-05 08:07 pm (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] bertine.livejournal.com 2006-09-06 02:19 pm (UTC)(link)

Too ironic

hahaha, I was just doing that to my jaw, as it felt kind of tight. I am guessing you don't want to hear me crack like every joint then?*

*one of my many useless talents.

that doesn't bother me so much, just my own jaw makes a big noise.

It isn't so bad giving up caffeine. I've survived for almost a month without it.

The first week sucked ass, but I don't miss it by this time.

Plus, caffeine inhibits weight loss, so even knocking out the diet stuff made a difference in my waistline.

i gave it up for about 6 weeks last spring but i fell off the wagon this summer. right now i am just cutting back, i have one diet coke in the morning and then one in the afternoon.

i didn't realize that caffiene inhibits weight loss that much, hmm...

Frankly, I was stunned at what a difference it made. It isn't that Diet Sodas pack on the pounds, per se, but they make it a little harder to lose them.

This makes me sad because I love my Diet Pepsi.
