sad

for the first time since i moved in i am thinking about moving.

i just don't want to deal with them anymore. i love my condo just i just don't want to deal with these stupid intrusions anymore.

plus i don't like how polarized the whole place is.

my home is supposed to be emotionally clutter free and this is making it not!

However, I bet I won't move, since I just decided to take advantage of ikea's sale this weekend and buy more kitchen cupboards.

no, it starts today and goes through sunday. with my mom's discount we will get 21.5% off! yay!

this weekend i want to do a lot of work on my condo. i am going to get a new backsplash and redo the kitchen cupboards and paint my livingroom wall. i am sick of that not being done.

i need a handy boy, serinia is not a good helper.

we are going tomorrow about 5ish cause that is when my mom gets off.

she is getting my dad a discount card, so soon we won't have to wait for her.

i wish someone would come to the meeting with me, sigh.

That's the best thing to do though, if you're wanting to move, do some superficial upgrades to make the place look better. Putting $5000 into cosmetic improvements can result in up to a $15000 increase on the sale of your unit.

i am pretty sure that when i do finally sell this place i will be getting a little over 5 times what i bought it for. at this point there is nothing that i haven't completly redone.

i wish i could just move my unit. i love it, i have made it to be exactly what i want and when i close my door nothing comes in.

it isn't always so bad, i just was shocked that i was avoiding going home. sigh. i worry about my cats there. it is stupid.

anyways, if i was to move, i would buy a house. with a yard and more rooms.

well, i didn't actually find someone but the going price seems to be 300 dollars an hour.


however, i found a lot of stuff on the internet about canada's laws before the US ones. what is the issue for you>?
