I AM SO MAD ABOUT THESE BYLAW CHANGES

i hate dealing with the board. i hate it so much. they are all bloody annoying and they need to all stop being so damn annoying.

maybe i would have gone to a meeting if they had just ONCE held them on some day other than sunday like i asked them to. i am sorry i had to work sundays to pay my bills.

you know what sucks? i don't even want to go home because everyone is annoying me there.

Condos are the devil. bad by laws.

Hey, you know how they got our latest bylaw not to pass? They passed around a letter to everyone saying how much it would affect the resale of the condo. It's true too. We were voting to get rid of dogs, and if you make it so no dog owners can purchase the condo, you've effectively taken away a rather large percentage of the city's population who will buy it when you want to sell it.

Go make that argument, you'll be surprised at how many people you'll be able to sway just by that alone.

the thing is that our board is SO out of touch with most of the owners in the building that I don't think it will pass anyways.

basically the same people are on the board all the time, they tend to make all the other owners feel alienated in the place so then those people don't get active in the condo. then the board doesn't get any real feedback on what is going on and therefore does something like write a bylaw that doesn't allow you to have mold on your shower curtian but does allow you to breed cats. (it is sort of nice working with lawyers alot).

Wow. That's asinine. Maybe you can get a vote of no confidence or something, and throw them out... what's that word... impeach?

that is sort of thing problem. we could, but who wants to be on the board?

i hated it, i didn't mind dealing with the problems or that kind of things, it was the amount of politics that was involved in the whole thing. bah!
