spring fever

this summer, i have decided to be active. I want to do this bike ride next month, then crew the 3 day walk, and maybe do a couple 5ks. Yeah, I miss running for some reason. I also really want to go to the ocean. I don't know what is wrong with me, maybe it is just spring fever. I am going to the gym tonight to get in good enough shape to bike 30 miles.

I have no idea what the point of this post is, i guess i am just rambling.

That's an annual ritual for me too.
And it's a Target bike so the tune-up costs more than the original purchase. :/

LOL, this bike is one I bought four years ago. it was when i was biking all the time so i splurged and got a nice trek. i love it, it is all adjusted just to me, i can't believe i didn't ride it last year at all.

i should call penn cycle and bring it in to be tuned up, it is almost bike riding time.

wanna do the iron man? my usual partner is lame (and not into biking, LOL)
