I sort of want to join a gym again. I feel really weak and stuff. However, we are broke so that is why we don't have gym memberships and while I know I can workout cheaply, I hate this heat (and the cold in the winter).
I do have a gym membership. I've used it only a handful of times since summer started because I've been able to go running or biking outside. I use it a lot more in the winter. A lot of the time I kinda wish I had like a treadmill at home or something though.
The heat thing does make it all a lot worse though.
I have been thinking about this, too. I feel so much better after a Yoga class or whatever. I think I have to wait until I'm done paying dentists' bills, then maybe I'll look into options around our office.
Unless you need the motivation of a gym, there are plenty of body-weight exercises you can do at home on your own for free. Plus walking doesn't cost anything.

Also, depending on your health care plan, you could get a Y discount of 10-20$ a month if you go 3x a week.
Granted, cheaper isn't free.
