Chair Pain

Remember how I have an Aeron Chair at my new job?

Well... since I have started here I have had more backaches than I have ever had. Last night Zach pointed out that it might be my new chair. However, there aren't any other non-broken chairs to switch out with!

Aerons are infinitely adjustable - maybe you just need to adjust yours to your liking?

Worst case, I'll be HAPPY to trade you (;

I can't figure out how to adjust this one. I think it is a cheap Aeron. Sigh.

They usually come with a manual. A huge friggin manual (;

There aren't really many 'cheap' aerons, though Herman Miller /do/ make a lot of different chairs.

I looked up some stuff online and adjusted it a bit.

Yeah, the most annoying thing about this chair is I can't adjust the arm rests!

You can't??? That's kinda crazy.

I usually remove the arm rests from my chairs. Which is one reason I've never got an Aeron. That and that I'd have to pay like $900 for one...

At least I can't figure out how to. I suppose I could ask someone how to.

I think my adjustments helped. My back feels better.

Cool. I hope it helps!
