NO SLEEP UNTIL PICKLES

I can't even tell you how tired I am. I have been making pickles all weekend. Usually this takes me an afternoon but I don't have any energy and everything takes twice as long as it should. It is 7:40 pm and I just want to go to bed but I am going to finish up my pickles before I sleep.

I got 19.5 quarts of pickles done but a double batch of refrigerator pickles done. I am pretty happy with that but it shouldn't have taken the whole weekend.
