Housing Marketing

Another house for sale on my parents block. The one next door to my parents, which was in pretty bad shape, was for sale for $50,000. This one is for sale for $79,900 and is next door to the house that my brother bought. The really nicely redone house is for sale for $179,900 and is on the other side of my brother's house.

On this same block there is also a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo for $159,900.

This housing market is completely insane.

Y'know what's insane? That's $50k house would sell for $400k in Seattle.

Oh, I know. I just think what my condo would be worth in Seattle and daydream of what I would do with my money.....

Just think of what you'd have overpaid for it and how underwater you'd be. ;-)

True, I don't think I would have gotten a condo for as little as I did in Seattle.
