You know what makes me happy? Baking.

You know what makes me enjoy even baking more? Writing about it. I am making a cake for Easter dinner tomorrow and I am writing all about it (don't worry, I'll post it here when I am done) and wow, I really am having fun with it. I did, however, decide that Harriet needed her own page on my site because she is the reason I do so many weird things with my baking.

Today has been awesome for other reasons. I got my shower grouted and gwangi and I went to the Minnesota Zoo. It was so nice to just see animals and hang out with my boy.
