Sourdough

Tonight I am going to be hanging out alone since [livejournal.com profile] gwangi is getting a new video game after work.

This means I have big plans for tonight:

1. Put my clothes away*
2. Do a load of laundry*
3. Wash dishes*
4. Clean the kitchen*
5. Clean out the fridge*
6. Watch V
7. MAKE A SOURDOUGH STARTER
8. Bake some (non-sourdough) bread.

I am so glad that Rockband is going again since it means I can bring the extra bread I make to share. Zach and I only eat about a loaf a week and every recipe I have makes at least two loaves. So I have decided that I am going to try and bake bread at least every Tuesday.

BTW, here is my shopping list for tonight:
Dry Milk
Instant Potatoes
Pumpernickel Flour
Rye Flour
Bread Flour
All-Purpose Flour
Cat Food

*Being sick sucks. I am so behind on my normal routine.

Which video game?

I'm kinda looking forward to V. I liked the original but I think it could benefit from higher production values and Morena Baccarin.

Dragon Age: Origins

I am looking forward to it too. I love the original (I watched it all the time when I was a kid, it was the first thing I taped off of TV) but I do agree with you on the production values.

I'm waiting a couple of weeks for Assassin's Creed 2, which is one of the very few video games I'm willing to pay more than $20 for (;

Wow, you had a VCR when V was on??! I watched it in black and white!!!

I heartily approve of rye, pumpernickel and sourdough breads. :D
