Weekends
My weekend went by way too fast. Friday was the visitation and then Pizza with Zach. Saturday I did the last of the patch work on my ceiling primed the vanity and went shopping with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
marioche69 to pick out tile and paint colors. After that was dinner with my parents and s'mores at Jens & Anne's house. Sunday was my mom's birthday so Jens, Anne, my mom and I got up early to go to Renfest. After that I went home, read some magazines while Zach watch football, put the first coat of paint on the vanity and primed the patch jobs I did the day before. After that was dinner at my parents house for my mom's birthday and watching a show on the History Channel that links the Kensington Runestone and the Holy Grail1. Finally I did laundry and watched Dexter while Zach watched more football2.
I made a lot of progress this weekend but I still feel like I should have gotten more done. I am very anxious today and I don't know why, it is annoying me because all I want to do is go and hide in my house and I thought I conquered that urge.
1I really missed out when picking my Master's thesis.
2I could care less about the game of football but since it is played in my favorite season of the year I have a love for having football be a background noise. It is excellent for puttering.
