Maybe I am a grownup

So, I have to sell some stock and I am thinking about taking the proceeds and buying a canister vacuum* with it that will hopefully make me stop posting about vacuums.

*Not a roomba since it doesn't want to go from my hardwood floors to my thick rugs. I am glad I bought a used one to try it out first. Plus my mom really likes it.

You *have* to sell stock? [insert confusion here] Did you get a hot tip?

Basically it isn't worth keeping the stock with the annual fee.

Plus there are many reasons you would have to sell stock, I know I have had to do it when the company was buying back stocks or the company went under.

Huh...I thought when a company went under you could hold on to the stocks and sell them later to offset a large capital gain in the future.

Annual fees suck.

I have done that too.

Yes they do and in this case it is more than I want to pay for this account.

That is significantly grown-up. Not quite as bad as "my sciatica is acting up," but close.

Well that depends. I know some people who are OBSESSED with their Dysons. You might talk about vacuums more
