Sad

I burned my crockpot chili. I feel bad because I wanted it to be good and I wasted a lot of food.

I guess I should just let Zach be the one to cook.

On the bright side the corn bread is coming out perfect.

You know, cooking is all about experimentation. I'm a good cook, but I still have my occasional off nights.

Don't beat yourself up. Enjoy that cornbread! Is it a sweet or savory version?

I saved the day by making some thing else that was yummy!

It was Juffy cornbread because I love that stuff. Now I have peach cobbler in the oven. Mmm... good.

How did you burn something in a crockpot???

Chili is hard to do in a crockpot sometimes, so don't feel bad. (If it doesn't all get mixed together the beans will sink to the bottom and burn.. is that what happened?)

Cornbread rules. I actually have a recipe for doing THAT in a crockpot too!

Chili is really just the excuse for corn bread, anyway!
