'No Turn on Red' signs slowly disappearing from Minneapolis

Turning on red when there is a sign is one of my worst habits. I should call and request that the one by Zach's house be removed because I am always debating breaking that law.

i hate no turn left on red arrows (lights), especially when no one is coming. those should go away, too.

There is one on 31st and Bryant, which isn't a super busy intersection at all. It is a perfect one for turning on red otherwise you just sit in the bike lane.
