Ouch

I either have heartburn or am having a heart attack.

If it is heartburn it is only my second time having it and OUCH.

I didn't! The Rolaids helped!

That is what I think mine is related to also! I always feel bad after I eat wheat and last night I ate a lot of pretzels. :(

Heartburn is something that I have battled since high school. I once had to go to the emergency room because of it, and even then the painkillers I swallowed didn't help so much.

I'm glad the Rolaids helped. If for some reason they don't in hte future, the stuff that works best for me is Zantac. Another thing that could exacerbate it is pain killers, so always be sure to drink lots of water when you take them (this was my downfall: being prescribed to take three Motrin at a time every six hours for cramps ruined my stomach lining for a few years, thanks a lot, Dr. Gesensway!).

My mother is a witch (not really) and makes me drink unfiltered apple cider vinegar with honey for heartburn. It works, damn her!

I might try that the next time I get it.

2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tsp of honey. I just dump it back and get it over with. My Mum puts it in some hot water.
