Tired

I am out of shape. I biked to the lightrail, took it to the MOA, walked the Race for the Cure with Anne and postehaste, ate breakfast at Ikea and then biked home. Actuallly, the only thing that really hurts is my hip, so maybe I am not that out of shape.

Oh, I did most of this in my new hiking boots. YAY for new hiking boots! (no, sterlingphoenix, they aren't vegan)

very much so. No problems with my feet at all.
