I voted "No" (the correct answer), because you don't call a pizza a "twice baked pizza" when you reheat it, nor do you call poached salmon "poached then 'waved" if you warm it up in the microwave. The name of the dish "Twice baked potatoes" just happens to also be the way it is initially cooked.

From a purely technical standpoint, I say no. Because just reheating isn't cooking.

However, 'thrice' needs to be used in the common vernacular. Because it's a great word.
