Last Night

Dinner last night with damncutekitty, lisianthia and spongebobjess was so much fun. We had a ton of food. Pants made some mexican thing which I can't spell and I am too lazy to look up, Crystal made spaghetti with lots of veggies and not that many tomatoes (though I still did wake up at 5:30 am itching all over, it was worth it) and Jess made these really good bars. This was all capped off with Xerxes entertaining us with his kitten antics. The whole night made me happy!

Last night was so great! I made quesadillas with queso Oaxaca and corn tortillas. I also made them with queso fresco and corn tortillas. All were enjoyed with refried beans with mild green chiles in them. NOM NOM NOM!
