Dentist

My mouth hurts now that the numbness of going to the dentist is going away. However since he has to replace two old fillings anyways I got the white fillings. Yay!

I also needed to get a mold of my teeth for a mouth guard. I used to grind my teeth in my sleep when I was in high school and I guess I started doing it again. Getting the mold made really made me want to gag.


I get the mouth guard on Thursday and then I'll be ready for any sort of contact sport in my sleep.


PS, I am still smiling from this weekend. Yay!

You should ask about an NTI splint! Much easier to sleep with than a full guard.

I don't remember it being so hard to sleep in, just very blah. I'll see how it goes with this and if i need another one in a year I'll ask about that splint.

It's slightly sexier than a full guard, too. It only goes over the front two teeth rather than the whole mouth. ;)
