YUM! And wow, you cook just like I do -- with a HUGE mess left on the counter.

I love the mixer too. I want a stand mixer soooo bad. One of the reasons I whined and had Scott help me make French silk pie over the holidays, but instead of getting that I needed a stand mixer he got what a pain in the @ss his family is for demanding French silk. :( Oh well.
