Accomplished

Tonight I finished up the last of the bubble bath that smell exactly like my hair did after I used to dye it. I am too frugal to throw out mostly good bubble bath.

Now I need to go to target and get bubble bath, lotion and toothpaste.

PS. How is it possible for one of my condo's property taxes to go up 42.7% next year? It went up 20% last year!

State revenues are falling, so you can expect significant rises in property tax. But as a member of the landed gentry I'm sure you'll find it.

well... my tax bill on that property was $306.58 last year and $437.59 this year so it isn't that big of a deal but I thought they were only allow to raise it so much a year!

Apparently not. ;-)

*knocks wood*
Mine actually went DOWN this year. Then again, so did the value of my condo... so it's worth less than what I bought it for 3 years ago.
*sigh*
Oh well. Good thing I'm not selling anytime soon.

The value of both of mine went up but they never did value it correctly. the second one is still not valued at what i paid for it.

Wow, our property taxes actually dropped for 2009. And the taxable value dropped by like $30,000. Oof.

That condo is only worth $50k, so it can't really drop much.

You own CONDOS? Wow, that's really grown up. Holy cow.

I do! I bought one in 1999 that was 430 sq ft. Then in 2005 the one next door went for sale and I had really outgrown the space so I decided to buy it and knock the wall down between them. I have the first one paid off because it was super cheap but it is going to take some time to get the second one paid off. :(
