Bruise

My left side was bugging me all day and when I came home and looked at my side I found a medium size deep bruise towards my back about where my kidney is. Seriously, where do these bruises come from? Does my body have some secret life where I get kidney punched?

I usually get them right before my period. BTW, this "flu"? I think it is PMS since I just got cramps. I cycle is so fucked up right now.
