My answer for hair on a woman (long) is what I like best on me. My answer for hair on a man (short) is what I chose because there wasn't an option for "whatever looks best on him, and long is awesome if it looks good on him and is healthy, well-maintained, and tidy when it needs to be."

I purposely limited the choices. In general I like short hair on guys. I am not sure about women, I just have been thinking about cutting my hair to get rid of all the old dyed stuff and many of my coworkers have told me to leave it long. This is funny because I used to keep it short for years.

Speaking 1 day after cleaning out a clogged tub...

Ya, buzzcuts for all.

That is something I don't like about long hair. I can't believe how much hair gets caught in those!

I chose long for female because, well, mine is.

Honestly, however, the true answer, for either gender is -- whatever looks best to shape their face.

Yeah, I left the choices narrow just to get people's reactions.

I just think it is funny how much men react to the idea of me cutting off my hair, which I am thinking about doing. I mean, just to a bob which I had for years, so not that short!

Angie should go to Mahogany. I love her.

Actually, I don't care -- people shall do or eat or shag what and whom makes them happy.

Long hair can be annoying, especially if somebody ends up sleeping on it.

Anyway, I turned out to be a lot more tolerant than I would have given myself credit for. My boyfriend is going bald, yet wears the rest of his (white!) hair longish. He's got a beard -- I'd have never thought I'd like that in a lover. And he is overweight and shorter than me. Oh, and 26 years older. And 4000 miles away. Gee. I am surprised how many things I just don't care about.

Yeah, I have liked guys that I wouldn't have normall thought that I would care about. Still, I was sort of trying to figure out what people's gut reaction was to these things.

I think the male hair depends on the male. Some men can carry it off and others really really can't.

With females, it's long as long as it's healthy and well maintained. On guys, it's usually somewhere in the middle. Do you remember Jordan Catalano? That's the greatest hair, ever.

what can I say, I have a thing for Pixie cuts I guess. That and I don't let my hair get too long.
