Work Potluck

We are having a potluck at work next week and I don't know what to bring. Does anyone have a good recipe or suggestion?

I have many ideas. Are you thinking appetizer, main dish, dessert?

Not dessert. I make those all the time, I want something different. Otherwise I am open. :)

My coworkers love pickle wraps. And those tortilla pinwheel thingies.

Do you have an oven at work or will you have to crock-pot it?

no oven, it would have to be a crock-pot

You could make what we affectionately refer to as "cat barf dip"

A couple of cans of hormel chili (with or without beans) and a block of velveeta, all chunked up. Throw into crockpot and let it melt down. it looks just like cat barf.. but it's pretty good chip dip! The guys at work like it :-)

LOL.

Eric makes that all the time. That will be my fallback recipe!

booze is always appreciated....... unless it's a SOuthern Baptist potluck... then they will tell you you're going to hell.

well... it is minnesotan so it just isn't polite to have booze in the middle of the afternoon.

Artichoke spread with a nice crusty baggette? You can mix it up the night before, bake it the morning of and then throw it in the mircoware at lunch time to warm it up. :) Assuming you've got a microwave there.
