Food

Lately I have been making food. Last Friday I made this Moroccan chicken with olives and lemons. Last night I made an onion and tomato torte (though the onions were a little too salty). This weekend, if it isn't super hot, I want to start making Angel Food Cake again so I can enter it into the State Fair next year.

The only bad part of cooking is that I then have to eat whatever I make for days.

you can freeze some of the food to eat later when you don't have time to prepare!

I learned the hard way that freezing food is like throwing it away, only it takes a lot longer. I end up forgetting about it until it's been in the freezer for at least a year, or until I move.

exactly. i think if i had a tighter budget and kids maybe this wouldn't be such a problem but i know that i'll eat two meals of something then i am done.
