yeah, that is cheap. it is a pretty nice neighborhood, overlooking a huge park and less than 3 miles from downtown minneapolis.

yeah, you won't get much cheaper than that anymore.

i financed mine with my parents but it was so litte five years ago i couldn't get a mortgage. you could contact your bank and see what they have to offer or if you give me a call i can get you in contact with someone that can help you.
