1) I have had a headache for the last couple of days. I know I get a lot of headaches, and I know I should take Imitrex more often but I don't like taking it at work and I talk myself out of taking it at home by telling myself it will be over soon. Plus, My anxiety has been pretty bad the last couple of days, I think it gets worst when I have a headache. Hmm...

2) I just bit my thumbnail. I was doing so well with not biting them.

3) Jens won a bike this weekend, it was rather cool to hang out at Lake Harriet with my family. We had mini-donuts.

4) I went to Midsommar this weekend at the American Swedish Institute with my mom. It was fun to tour the "castle".

5) Father's Day was good. The US Open was fun to watch, though the guy who won really doesn't look like a golfer and doesn't have the most elegant swing I have seen. We got my dad a new recliner (his birthday is in a couple days so we tend to combined presents).

6) I have a crush. I don't think I will do anything about it since I am still feeling weird about the whole Tim thing. However, it is nice to have one.

7) Why am I craving pickled beets?

I just happened by a poster for The Clinical Research Institute's migraine study. In case you're interested:

MIGRAINE HEADACHE RESEARCH STUDY 517-03

Volunteers who experience migraine headaches are needed for a research study testing an investigational drug. There will be 3 appointments over about 3 weeks.

Criteria:

• Age 18 to 65
• Average of 1 to 6 migraine headaches per month
• In good health

Qualified volunteers receive study-related drug and testing at no cost and compensation for participation.
