sometimes when i eat late - the next day in the morning i'm hungry... when i normally don't eat til lunch / dinner... well i have a bad eatting schedule so if my metabolism is reved up - it wants to continue to go - but i don't have time to eat... and keep junk out of my house so i won't snack.
i have never really kept junk food at home, or really any food. i usually go to my parents house for dinner and therefore it is easy at home to not eat. also, i don't usually crave food at work, other than lunch time and a snack in the afternoon. i have a food schedule and usually i don't have this complete hunger that i STILL have. i am hoping it is just my period and in a couple days i'll be ok. still, it is annoying to think about food SO MUCH.
yeah - might be your period - lol... i get that way too... but then i feel bloated and don't remember that i should be on my period soon and translate bloated = fatness and don't respond to the hunger cravings.
