stuff

i did not get half my long weekend to-do list done, but rather i spent the weekend running errands and reading. it was a rather nice weekend.

the one downside of this weekend is that my back was sore again. basically, the last year instead of getting cramps where i have always gotten them, they have been coming in the small of my back. it feels like i pulled a muscle or something but i know i haven't. this is really annoying.

this weekend i got alot of sleep and i have noticed that when i get caught up on sleep i have very vivid dreams. it is sort of like watching tv.

i love my bed, i got the right slats and now it is so wonderful. i have it set up so one side is firm and the other side is soft so i can choose which side i want to be on.

harriet looks so pissed off with her bonnet (cone) on. i only leave it on for half an hour after i put the gunk in her eye but she hates it so much.

the air is out at work (again) so it is stuffy in here. it makes me sleepy.

Sleep sounds great. Your bed sounds awesome. I'm glad you're happy with it. Poor Harriet, though. I think I missed something. What's wrong with her eye?

Hey, I think Chester is starting to mellow out. He's becoming more of a lap cat, even if he doesn't like too much petting.

i just went to a meeting in a room that was even warmer and i had to fight staying awake. i think i need some caffiene.

my bed is awesome, it is funny how much i can stretch out on it.

harriet, when i was in colorado, somehow shaved off a slice of her cornea. it was almost deep enough for them to do surgery. it is healing but to keep it from getting infected (again) eric and i have to put ointment in every 4 hours.

yay. i don't think alot of cats get to be lap cats until they are 5 or 6 but this is good. he is growing up (sniff)

Oh yeah, now I remember. I didn't realize it was that serious. Poor Harriet.

Don't think he's mellow, yet. But he's good when I have company. He's been sleeping on my bed a lot, lately. He used to migrate from spot to spot, but he's staying put more.

yeah, i don't think i said how serious it was just that it happened. i have to bring her to the vet (again) on friday ($24). i have a feeling he will want to look at it again in a week. SIGH

does he still wait for you to come home? that was so cute. i bet he has mellowed and it has started getting cooler at night so he wants to stay cuddled up. my kitties have been piled up on my bed lately too.
