Wasn't this a Law and Order episode last year?

I can't think of anything that strikes me as more evil (i am sure there is but...). people are relying upon these drugs to save their lives and when the drugs are watered down and don't work, they give up hope which i think it the most important aspect to getting well.

I met a girl at a wedding who worked for a company that made generic drugs, and she recommended ALWAYS buying the brand name drug. Her reasoning was that they will run only a single product on their machines for many years, whereas the machines at the generic plant were constantly running different drugs. As a result, the purity of their products was less than stellar.

hmm... i didn't know that. i should look into that more. i don't mind generic drugs but that has a lot to do with my prescription plan that charges 10 dollars for the generic and 20 dollars for the name brand stuff.

now that iv eread it..

yeah, we have a tightly regulated drug system ad all, but it bleeds the countries tired and ill citizens DRY by making us take out LOANS to aquire what we 'NEED' to get well.

even hwn you have GOOD health insurance, its still going to cost you too much. its tightly regulated and made for the upper class.

i know ive take drugs from outside this country and im not against buying them online for a mear fraction of what a pharmasist would charge me.

this one place that i used to volunteer at (stopped because too many people were dying) was called the aliveness project. what they are around for is all the people that are well enough to work but if they work they lose their benefits that pay for their drugs. They can't afford the drugs without the benefits so they just can't work and therefore can't afford food.

it is a horrible set of cercumstances that people aren't allowed to get what they need to try and fight a diease.
