Now I don't feel bad about being a little sunburnt today

Scientists are excited about a vitamin again. But unlike fads that sizzled and fizzled, the evidence this time is strong and keeps growing. If it bears out, it will challenge one of medicine's most fundamental beliefs: that people need to coat themselves with sunscreen whenever they're in the sun. Doing that may actually contribute to far more cancer deaths than it prevents, some researchers think.

It is an interesting article but I tend to fall into the high risk group. I am going to keep using sunblock because I don't like being sunburnt.

I use the cheapskates method... covering up plenty and staying in the shade/in bed.
Sunburn is horrid anyway. Any method to prevent it is GOOOD!

Yeah, I'm all about moderation. I figure I get enough sun walking from my far away parking spot.

Btw, I tagged you :P

For every study that proves a point there is a study that proves the opposite. Science sux, we should all get crystal balls in my opinion.
