Healthy Day

Today so far I have:
1. Gotten up early
2. Went to the gym
3. Did a yoga class
4. Ate oatmeal

This afternoon I plan on:
1. Going to the doctor
2. Eating soup and crackers

This evening I plan on:
1. Watching a terrible yet awesome movie
2. Eating spam burgers
3. Eating blueberry ginger sorbet
4. Hanging with my friends

If I can drag myself out of bed, it's nice to do workouts in the morning. Because then they are out of they way and you can't get laszy or busy and skip them. But I am only a morning person some of the time.

That's probably why I work out on my lunch break a lot. It's not morning, but it's still early in the day. If I put workouts off until after work, they tend to not happen.
